Item arrived well packed and the seal is good. Maybe a bit to good as I had to brute force it open. The pills are easy to take and swallow. I've been taking it for the past few days and haven't noticed any difference yet but if everything is as it claims on the bottle then it will be very useful for what it contains. You do get only a month supplement for its price which is a bit steep for what it's asking but if it works it may justify the cost. But so far seems good.

It’s a much smaller bottle than I anticipated, but it came well-sealed with a plastic safety seal and top. I haven’t seen cotton insert for “freshness” or whatever in a while! The capsules are pretty small and will be easy to swallow.I do think it’s odd that the directions say to take 1 capsule, but the “serving size” mentioned on the supplement facts says 2 capsules. I plan to read more on the product page or somewhere to see if maybe they meant one serving and not one pill?I’ll update if I feel it works as it should. (Keep in mind this has turmeric in it, so you can adjust if you’re already taking that supplement.)

A fairly good product. The taste and aftertaste was not to bad to handle and it was easy to swallow because its in a capsule. I did not like that they had a sticker on the nutrition fact portion of the bottle so i am unable to see proper dosage or percentage for the daily intake.

10 in 1 supplements in 1 capsule, what's not to like. I have several of these in their individualized forms, so an all in one capsule with some added benefits is a definite plus.The bottle comes with 60 easy to swallow capsules. They also contain the legendary Shilajit, Ashwagandha and Sea Moss amongst other well known supplements.I've been taking these and just the Shilajit alone makes me more alert and gets me going. The Ashwagandha in these have sort of balanced my daily life and helps promote a more restful sleep, night after night. Immunity Defense is also a high attribute these pills claim to provide and hopefully do in the long run.Overall, big thumbs up on these as they are a good 10 in 1 supplement combination full of positives in a bottle. They are easy to swallow and no adverse effects from taking these daily. I love the nice little boost I get from something within these, probably the Shilajit but could be something else within them or a combination of ingredients.
