Frame is great. Laundry bag that came with it terrible.
Update, there was an issue with the liner. Fox valley contacted me back right away and sent a new liner. Awesome folks. Made it right in no time. Thank you. The frame is great. The bag is terrible. The pocket that fits over the frame is not wide enough and keeps falling off. I bought a different one thank God and it works. But the one that comes with it is bad.

Wheels do not roll hardly at all
I had a spine surgery and I can't bend so I thought it would be great for me so I don't have to bend. 1. Had to get a bend out of the top piece. 2. One wheel kept falling off so a piece of electric tape made it go in and stay. 3. Got the cover on easily and I started to roll it and the wheels don't want to roll. 4. It is very flimsy and cheap and it should not cost $50 plus tax. It is not worth $10 bucks tops.It is basically a very cheap made piece of China junk. If it doesn't roll it can not help me out with the laundry. So I will probably end up returning it. I might try one load and see if it will help it roll with a load of sheets or towels to be washed. If I can't get it out side to my laundry room then it will be returned cause it is useless piece of junk. I have an out door laundry room and I have to roll it down a ramp and around the walk to the laundry room. I have my doubts. But I can't carry the laundry basket with any kind of weight to it. So if it doesn't work it will be returned as a worthless piece of junk because it will not hold much weight at all. I could give zero stars I would.Don't buy this cheap worthless piece of junk!!!

The Perfect Landry Helper
UPDATEAfter a quick email to Fox Valley Traders, a package arrived today with the correct sized liner. It fits perfectly. Very easy to slip over the handles and stays firmly. This is go into be great not just for laundry but all kinds of things that have to move from room to room.A big thank you to Fox Valley Traders for the fast, no-hassle response. The frame was very easy to assemble, but the liner simply does not fit. It is either sewn incorrectly or was sized for a different frame. Either way, it’s useless. I’ve contacted the seller to request the proper size. Stay tuned…

Better than previous version
I had one of these for about 15 years (lost it in the divorce). This new version is sturdier frame and upgraded wheels. However, they missed the mark with the cloth basket. The part that hooks over the frame is too thin/short ... it does not cover enough of the frame to allow it to hang-on ... every time I remove something from the basket it falls off the frame. Previous version had the cloth-pocket much deeper, like 3-4 inches more. I'll figure out a way to either extend the cloth-pocket or sew it in-place (which is not ideal since doing that will not allow me to wash it). Folds up nicely to store in closet or side of washer/dryer.Edited:Looking at other reviewer photos, I realize that my cloth-bag does not look like theirs.. so including photo, you can see it barely covers the frame. I'm attributing to poor quality control at manufacturer, since one bag fits and one bag does not.

One Year UPDATE
I actually like this item but I will agree with others that it's not as sturdy as it could be. It also doesn't seem like it will hold up as I roll it across the tile in my house. The wheels don't glide smoothly either. But it does and so far after a few months, it's still going strong. I ordered 2 of them but one didn't have the cloth basket in the box so Miles Kimball replaced it quickly and without questions. Very pleased at the customer service. As far as clothes weight, I have filled these up to the top and had no problem with either the cloth basket giving way or the metal legs buckling. I recommend this product despite its clumsy feel. I rated it 3 stars only because of that unsteady feel to it, crummy wheels and that the item was missing the cloth basket. If you have back problems, elderly or just hate dragging those hampers around then don't hesitate. These work fine.UPDATE:After a year of use I decided to let potential buyers know what they’re getting.I’ll keep the rating of 3 stars because the cart is still fully functional and I’m impressed with how much weight it holds. As well, in my initial review, I also mentioned that it was very flimsy. Well, it still is flimsy and the wheels aren’t smooth rolling so that’s the reason for keeping just 3 stars. Also, as some reviewers have said, the wheels keep falling off. I’ve only one wheel that keeps falling off and it’s very annoying but easily repaired for a short time. It doesn’t roll easily nor does it feel or sturdy but it has been holding up after a year regular use.I will say that the metal hasn’t buckled either as some have said. Folding it is strange though as it doesn’t fold all the way flat because that when it does feel like it is stressing the metal at the cross link.I still recommend this cart for folks who can’t bend easily and need a raised basket.

**Updated my original 1 star to 5 stars for customer service**
Very bad quality. The plastic casters fall off. When stored, or collapsed, the casters get caught on each other and it doesn't roll very well either. The bag for the laundry is flimsy and sewn inside out. I'm going to try to get a refund on this. **UPDATE** seller rectified my issues with this product, 5 stars for customer service, sadly 1 star for product
