Supposed to have be unlocked, but was locked. Wasted a lot of time on the phone with Tracfone. Called Samsung and they looked it up and said since it’s international it came from another country and I would have to contact the seller, ask them where it came from and who the provider was and then call that company to get them to unlock it. Amazon does not have that kind of information.Lots and lots of time was wasted on this, pretty much a full day. Very annoying.

Im using this phone now and it's a amazing phone. The size is great for me. The price is amazing. It's fast too. I love this phone and I will always be a fan of the a series.
