I must have written a review somewhere else. I highly recommend this product and it’s vendor. The screen was flawless and it came with everything needed to install including excellent tools and even the glue for the back cover and the screen protector which fitted excellent. All for a very good price. On top of that it came way faster than the expected arrival date. I am super happy with the product and service and recommend it to anyone.

This was one of the first screen replacement I ever DIY'ed. And it went extremely well. I just went real slow and used a mighty powerful heat gun. Once I got the screen up and working I transferred my data to a new Note 9 and shipped this phone to a friend in Uganda to get his phone up and working. The phone survived the 6 week trip just fine and in working order.

This was an absolute garbage product that completely stopped working, without being dropped or damaged in any way, within the first 24 hours. Initially the screen seemed to be working just fine, everything seemed great and the screen was clear, bright and responsive, but then suddenly the left side of the screen started to "glitch" with a portion looking like it was essentially a dead space. Shortly after the screen looked to have lines throughout and the black out continued, whereas responsiveness declined. Eventually, within only a matter of minutes after the initial spot was noticed, the entire screen blacked out. The "fair" response in my mind would have been to replace and pay the installation cost, but this seller responded in a manner where it was clear they would rather lose a customer, receive a terrible review (which I offered to drop, and provide 5 star review if they simply covered the install charge), and continue providing cheap/defective products instead of listening to the customer and resolving the issues properly. So, in that spirit, here's the well deserved poor review!

This is a nice screen, just like the original. It is pre-loaded with adhesive at the bottom and the top but not on the sides. I had to use some 2mm double sided tape for the sides. Otherwise, the kit is a nice package with clear instructions and all the needed tools. The product description is accurate. I recommend it.

My daughter still likes her Note 5 and this replacement screen is a great value. It even comes with a screen protector. She had a different color before but is happy with white.

High quality product, came with extra adhesive stickers for the screen, and back cover. Arrive on time. My screen looks clear and sharp, highly recommended.

worked for only 2 months after that the display stopped recognizing my finger only the S pen and when you reach out to them they tell you that you only have a 30 day warranty which shows that they have little faith in the product. I would recommend just purchasing a new phone
