They’re very good. Be careful not to eat all of them, but they work OK. Haven’t taken them long enough to really experience it because I just got the package a day ago but so far they taste pretty good and they worked but again I haven’t had any melatonin for a while.

I am SO glad I came upon these! I have been an early riser pretty much all my teen & adult life! (like 4 am/5-7 days a week)!!! I developed severe insomnia following radiation for a brain tumor, sometimes barely sleeping for 2 or 3 days at a time, but I wasn't sold on taking prescription meds.
