Very good for a boost of energy, especially when I need something quick and easy. The taste is nice, and it does the job when I don’t feel like eating a full meal.That said, I don’t drink it often because I’m not a big fan of sugar. It’s a bit sweet for me, so I use it more like a backup when I need fuel, not something for every day.
