I can easily rate these a full 5 stars. For what they are, they are done very well. These have a real food feel and taste, unlike some diet specific options. They don't taste like over-sugared candy treats. Despite their construction, they really feel like a bready cookie. I like that each package has two cookies. It's easy to share, or if I eat both myself, it prolongs the enjoyment of eating two smaller cookies over one larger one. The price point is a bit steep, but considering what they add to my diet, I'm going to bite the bullet and order these on occasion. I would order more often if they were a bit more affordable.Overall, Im very happy with these. Amazon didn't have the individual Ginger Turmeric flavor for sale. I only saw it in the sample pack, which again, has chocolate chip flavor, so no-go for me. It sounds like an interesting flavor, though.If the seller reads this, I would really like to see these in my local market. I see on your website FAQ that it's not quite time for that yet. But I'll pass along the good word and hope that you grow big enough to spread the joy locally. I also hope that, with economies of scale, you can sell enough volume to reduce the price a bit and make your product affordable to people that need a delicious healthy option but can't always afford it.

A lifesaver for a carb addict like me who’s trying out a keto diet. Tastes more like cake than a cookie, but still good, so long as you are not expecting it to taste like a regular cookie. The lemon is my second favorite flavor and choc chip, my favorite. These are pricey but keto baking is expensive, requires many obscure ingredients and is time-consuming.What a meteoric rise to success Fat Snax has been so far. I wouldn’t be surprised to see these in Whole Foods someday, once supermarkets wake up and realize that low/no-carb snacks, especially sweet ones like cookies and cake, are what people want nowadays. I am willing to pay for quality and convenience like this.

Although I don't like lemon that much, I found the texture and taste of these to be quite nice. Also, I use these a a vehicle for medical tinctures, they work quite well and let me take my medicine without consuming a bunch of carbs. The lemony taste covers up the foul taste of the tincture.

The cookies are tasty; no doubt about it.Lemony and moist if the cellophane package remains sealed.However 5 out of 12 of the cellophane packages were unsealed, thus almost 1/2 of the box was stale.I've ordered several of the variety boxes without the lemon cookies, and they were all sealed.Perhaps this unsealed package issue is something unique to the 12 package box, or lemon flavored ones.I suspect the cellophane packages might open up if too much weight is put on top of the manufacturer's box since the box is so flimsy.If anyone reads this review, I think open packages might be an issue, but you won't really know until you get them in your hands.Just watch out for open packages.As always, Amazon stood behind the sale and refunded my purchase price.

So disappointed. These cookies were stale and totally lacked any lemon flavor. I didn’t realize they weren’t eligible for a refund before I purchased them. Beware before you buy these, they are not good.

I’ve tried all the flavors and keep a supply of the peanut butter and chocolate chip on hand as part of my keto lifestyle. The ginger turmeric is way too savory (burns my mouth), not like any homemade or store bought ginger cookie. The chocolate chip are good although they don’t really taste like a “regular” chocolate chip cookie. The peanut butter were tops in flavor until these lemon ones came along. They’re so good I had to stop myself from tearing open a second package. The soft texture that the Fat Snax cookies have works a lot better with this flavor than the others.

These are AMAZING for Keto dieters and beyond! I was SO excited to find something lemon!🍋 they fit my strict net carb/day & macros and while they are a little crumbly (which any ketonian knows from baking with almond flour duh I HATE reviews that mention this as a problem) they do not make a crumbly mess. SO soft and enjoyable for breakfast or a later snack any time. I have TRIED to eat 1 and save one but have been totally unable to control myself😜🍪 chocolate chip ones are great also. Haven't tried peanut butter ones...yet!

I have been ordering these cookies for months and they used to be pretty good. The chocolate chip flavor was never all that great but the peanut butter and lemon were excellent. However they reworked the peanut butter flavor first and it is now so dry and flavorless as to be uneatable. Now they have clearly reworked the lemon flavor. It is really dry and crumbly, the flavor is still ok but not as good. Needless to say I am cancelling all my subscribe and save boxes.
