READ THIS BOOK !!!!
Veterans of the great diet wars will find the approach outlined in this book nothing short of a miracle. Leave it to a talented elementary school teacher to crack the code for how to explain principles that are scientifically sound and extremely well researched in a way that is clear, motivational, and practical for the average person who doesn't work in the medical/nutrition field. (And also for those who do, I expect!) Gin Stephens describes an easy to understand, manageable and most importantly very sustainable way of eating that has the power to improve quality of life, including shedding our excess fat. It is not exaggerating to say the advice in this book saved my life. I can't recommend it enough. Five enthusiastic stars!

Read this book! It’s the best one for someone who wants to learn about intermittent fasting.
The best book on the market for an easy-to- understand approach to fasting. Gin is a wonderful writer. Her 80 lb weight loss story is inspirational and she has effortlessly maintained it for over 3 years. If you’re tired of counting calories or points, going to meetings, buying expensive and/or weird meals with even weirder ingredients, and want to just enjoy regular food at timed intervals, try intermittent fasting. As Gin says, its the health plan with a side benefit of weight loss.

I dropped 4 sizes
I loved reading this book. It is an easy, fast read. Or you can listen on Audible. My husband and I have lost 30 pounds in 3 months. The first couple of weeks is a little rough. After that, smooth sailing. It will be the most life changing book you will ever read.

Good for beginners
The study guide is a good addition to the book Delay, Don't Deny for beginners. Easy to understand and follow along. Intermediate and advanced intermittent fasters may not benefit from the book as much.

Helpful, but not necessary
I really didn't need to purchase this book to accompany Delay, Don't Deny. It would be good for a study group to provide a ready-made discussion guide.

Great way to review and study what I’ve learned
I like rereading the chapters in Delay, Don’t Deny and then really in this workbook, analyzing what I’ve learned, what I need to work on, and setting goals to implement them. After all the chapters have been completed and in coming months, it will be interesting to go back and read them to see what I’ve learned from this.

This is a great book.
Jen is a great writer and is easy to follow. This book is a great place to start as an introduction to Intermittent Fasting. It is a short read and a lot of information.

The real thing
Easy to read, even easier to follow. Tried many things, spent hundreds of dollars, finally found the holy grail with Gin Stephens book. Simply amazing!

Highly Recom getting this as its a great help on getting even more detailed info from the fabulous original book Delay Don't Deny / this book changed my life and outlook where food was concernedI also bought this in paperback as I find having All of Gins books in all formats are a delight to have and can't wait for her 2nd book to come out in audio

Fantastic Book about IF
I bought this one for my partner who is currently on the IF diet. It had great information and stories from people sharing their personal results.

This it a good work book and a deeper look at fasting. It have good Q and A to your fasting lifestyle.
