Made my workout easier...
Very light weight, has a great grip (my house has tiles and it grips strongly on the floor), very safe for young ones too. Very compact size, easy to carry and keep. Very useful, it made my crunches easy and I don't need anyone else to hold me so I can do my crunches properly. It has height adjusting feature too, so that you can adjust accordingly to your liking. The cushioning is perfect doesn't put strain on my feet. Value for money great product.

Must have in every home
Great invention I must say this first.Its really useful for the people who workout in the home .It was a task before to do the scrunches and pushups.Now Its very easy.We can easy place it in the floor and lock it and it will be steady enough to do the workouts.It will hold the weight and has perfect grip to do all exercises.Totally worth the purchase .
