Very nice tingy taste. I cannot say it's working because I am already training out in gym regularly and I take other supplements also so i can't guage how far it's effective but still on the days when I used it alone I feel less tired and feel good. For true results it would have to be taken for atleast 1 month followed by proper diet plan and exercise. If you really want to know how effective it is dont mix it lot of different supplements. Take it with the most important supplements only like multivitamin, omega3 and follow with a high protein low carb diet, exercise consistency and take enough sleep as well.

It doesn't work the way it should be,It starts giving you energy after 3-4 hours of consumption, so if you taking it at 9 am you will feel energetic by 1PM.One more important thing It's not very stomach friendly, though this shilajeet is not in it's original form still it's not easily digestible. Every time I consumed it, my stomach is got upset.
