Fresh in last long time. Great for keeping in the cupboard. The milk quality is pretty high-quality. The size is great for a single person. I go through one in about a week. A shelflife for the carton is about a week.

Taste better than the more known brand
It is not very economical on my part to buy like ten of these, for it being that I will literally drink five a day, just like how nutritionists would argue eating ten boxes of cereal just to get a few needed vitamins dose. With that being said, I enjoyed drinking this after my increased chronic thirst. I surely gained quite a few pounds from this drink, but I really only had one of these at max per a day. Take it from stupid, if you need to put on weight, drink this for safer consumption choices.
