Was'nt happy with these. Went back to my NHS ones

Poor quality sound
I bought these to replace another device, mainly because they have bluetooth. They certainly pick up sound and amplify it. However the sound quality was very poor - very tinny and distorted, and no bass frequency, even on bluetooth. The output was so distorted that it was difficult to understand speech.Tried for a day but eventually gave up. Returning to Amazon

they are good but they have big plugs and don't fit in the ear

Poor sound and battery
Once I charged them up I tried every bud but I couldn't get rid of the continuous hissing in the background which made the audio unintelligible. I connected the bluetooth to the TV and the battery went from 100% charge to zero in 3 hours. So these are being returned.
