good
It has worked great for my projects. It was easy to configure and the case fits well. Comes with everything I need. The cooling solution keeps the Pi at a steady temperature while under workload. Performance improvements really surprised me versus my older Pi. Great for playing and also running small services.

Fine Single Board Computer Kit for Many Applications
This is a kit. You have to assemble it and connect accessories. The four small screws that attach the R Pi 5 board to the case were difficult to install. Probably best to hold them with needle-nose pliers, and press them gently straight into the holes, then tighten with a micro-Phillips screwdriver. The screwdriver they include is too small if your hands are not very strong. You need to provide a keyboard, mouse, monitor, power supply, interconnect cables, and a microSD card, preferably one that is very fast and is at least 32GB. Certainly more if you are doing videos or graphics. I used a 128GB SanDisk Extreme PRO microSDXC UHS-1 card. I think the power supply needs to be 5.0 Vdc at at least 3.5 amps. More if you are powering things via the USB connectors. The case is plastic, but seems to be solid. The heatsink and fan should be sufficient for cooling the CPU, memory, and graphics chips.Once together and configured, it is amazing all the things it can do and how fast it is. Libre Office and other useful apps can be installed with the operating system when you get them from RaspberryPi.com.It is a very nice product.

Great kit, it's a great deal for the price.
Very nice kit! The case is pretty decent, and the fan is nice and quiet. The 8GB RP5 is incredibly fast compared to my RP Zero 2W. Had it up and going in about 10 minutes with Ubuntu server. You will need your own micro SD card and power supply for this. It needs a beefier power, so make sure you've got at least 5A 5W. I would suggest using the Raspberry Pi Imager to select an image on your PC/Mac and let it set your hostname, wireless settings etc. It'll come online just fine and you'll be able to putty right in and update and throw on Docker, PiHole, Proxmox or whatever it is you want to do.

It works perfectly
I’m using this RasTech Raspberry Pi 5 (8GB) kit with Solar Assistant, and it works perfectly. The system is fast, stable, and has been running for days without any issues.

Good kit
This is a great kit for the money. I could have 3d printed my own case, but honestly, it would have been more expensive to buy just the pi and a cooling fan. May as well get everything you need with one click!

Great Pi, Bad Fan
The Pi works great, the case is nice. Unfortunately the fan was bad, and there seems to be no way to contact someone to just swap out the fan. It's either send the whole thing back or keep it all. So I did end up buying a different case with a better cooler and a fan that connects to the gpio pins. That's my only complaint.

Genuine Raspberry Pi 5
Nice kit, the Raspberry PI 5 is the right 8gb version and in a sealed package in retail packaging. The heatsink foam tape for is pretty useless, but everything else worked well and as expected. Case fit together well, though the screws could be prethreaded to make mounting the board in the bottom portion better.

Terrible assembly instructions, worse build quality. Buy something else.
I'm extremely disappointed with this and may end up returning it.The instructions were clearly written by someone who has never seen this product. Key steps are left out, but even worse the instructions are in such a tiny font that even with a magnifying glass I can barely read them. The screwdriver is not magnetized, which may seem nit-picky, but when you're dealing with tiny screws in tight locations you need that magnetization to handle the screws. The build quality is quite poor. For example, the hole for the power button does not contain anything to actually hold the button in place, making it extremely difficult to keep it in place while trying to fit the board over the screw holes. While trying to keep the screws in the board because, as I said, the screwdriver isn't magnetized so fitting the screws into the holes on the board once seated is an even worse pain. This is a terrible product. Give it a wide berth.
