They stay on real well, and the heat is really good. Definitely helps with muscle pain.

It really helps with pain. I bought it because it said it could be used on my knee, and in other areas as well. It has been a great help on those days when I walk a lot and it hurts at the end of the day. I put it on and felt relief.

watch that it does not get too hot. Otherwise it is fine.

The heat only lasts about 3-4 hours. Note: do not apply directly to skin, but atop clothing.

I have a back fusion so I use this warming pad when I play golf in the cold weather to keep my back looser. I had the pad on my lower back for 13 hoursnow (didn't take it off after playing) and it's still warm. Great product. Will definitely buy again.

I am not impressed with these heat patches. The packaging is a little misleading (what I got was a little different from the images shown on the product page now; hopefully the product page is updated to what the latest product ships with). The packaging for mine shows a picture of the heat patch on a shirtless back, but it does clarify (with a typo) that it's meant to be attached to the shirt. Unfortunately, the adhesive barely sticks to my cotton T-shirt. It also didn't really get too warm, and didn't stay warm for that long and I was simply working at my house for about 3 hours. I'll have to give it another try on my back, but it didn't do much for my arms.

These are wonderful heat patches for multiple uses. Just like the ones they give at the hospital! Great for pain basically anywhere on the body. Heats up quickly and heat does stay for a while. Recommend!

I thought these were heat adhesive, like directly to skin but you attach to clothing. They work even better than the ones that stick to your skin. They produce heat for 10 hours. Huge fan.
