Good book for my students.

I’ve played piano for over 40 years and teach little ones when I’m not touring! I recently found my very first warmup book and took a shot at maybe a version similar would be out there…THIS IS IT! The same book, just a little more modern looking. Perfect for little hands and all beginners for finger agility, especially if something like Hanon is too difficult!!

Me parece un método bueno para iniciar el aprendizaje del piano con la lectura de las notas en las dos claves, ya que los ejercicios que vienen son cortos y va aumentando de manera progresiva las notas. Me gustó para ponérselos a mis alumnos principiantes. Este método tiene que ir de la mano de un maestro para guiar al alumno. Le pongo cuatro estrellas porque a pesar de ser un libro útil, sólo tiene ejercicios y no melodías que lo pueda hacer más atractivo para el alumno. Si lo recomiendo.

Good book for first year student

This collection of exercises progressively teaches 3/4 and 4/4 timing with a variety of phrases. Some basic chords and dynamics too. Not exciting but very solid and helpful.
