Really no complaints on product's normal usage. Heats well and stays where you put it. However problem was immediately when my 88 year old widowed mother struggled mightily with getting it to her shoulders - she needed and would always need assistance which doesn't exist currently as she lives alone (her choice). So sadly I had to return it.
