The media could not be loaded. I used a vibration plate at a friends house years ago and have been looking for the right one ever since. Hers was very large and bulky but I didn’t have space for something like that. This one is great. It’s small and light enough to move from room to room. It has a variety of program options so you can get the amount of vibration/speed that you want. I love the added exercise bands - it allows me to safely work out my arms at the same time. After using this for 10 min or so at a time I feel rejuvenated, like my body has been reset. It’s also easy on my joints. I am excited to add it into my daily schedule.

It uses high frequency vibrations to both stimulate muscle contractions and promotes blood flow and can be used by free-standing on it or while you're seated on a chair with your feet on the foot pad. You can also sit on it to simulate exercising your legs and buttocks, or rest your hands on the surface to exercise your shoulders and upper body.It 23" long x 17" wide and is 7.5" tall so it can accommodate people with a variety of foot/shoe sizes and it can support a maximum weight of 330 pounds. It also has a built in speaker and Bluetooth so you can pair it with your phone and listen to music while you're working out.Placing your feet wider apart will simulate a more intensive training/exercise routine like running, while placing your feet closer together will simulate a more relaxed training/exercise routine like walking. The remote has an Auto option that will gradually increase the vibration intensity, or you can just select a single vibration intensity using the "+" and "-" buttons. The machine is very quiet even on setting 180, and the vibrations don't travel through the floor shaking everything around you.My wife has been using this on level 30 for 10 minutes a day, every day for the past week and she says her calves and quads feel like she's been doing leg presses and squats at the gym.

The vibration plate was well packaged and shipping was timely. It feels sturdy and not cheap or flimsy. It is really great for stiff achy joints and muscles. The vibration is soothing. It has been useful since my recent back surgery. The Bluetooth connection is an added bonus. I highly recommend. Use it for mindfulness or for a good workout. It is versatile and a good value for your money.

This exercise machine is exact what I was looking for. Work like it supposed, very very strong suction, great results!I will keep using it every day.Good to buy it .

Came ready to go, just had to plug it in. It has several preset settings. Simply standing on it for 10 minutes got my heart rate up (tracked with Apple Watch) and body warm. I was nervous it would be huge after seeing the picture of the girl sitting on it, but it’s not. It’s a great size; easy to store under my bed. Kids really love it! Haha

You don't want 2 push a button multiple times to get a signal to send. Something is definitely wrong w the flimsy remote they sent. The machine is great. I really wanted the remote for a few weeks @ least until I get some balance back. And to get a replacement remote I would have 2 send the whole item back. No fun.

I've been looking at these for months now and finally decided to bite the bullet when I saw the special offer. I have intermittent leg pain and am also looking to lose weight more effectively. So, this is an early Christmas present to myself (and I've already shared it with 2 family members who seem to enjoy it as well).Upon receiving the package, I quickly noticed the weight, but found it easy enough to move from room-to-room. I actually appreciate the sturdiness/quality of this model and believe this will last a long time. I also like the textured, slip-proof platform -- great for safety, but it also adds a feeling of a bottom-of-foot massage during use. And the So far, I've used it while standing, squatting, and sitting in a chair, simply resting my feet on it while it goes to work. With such a powerful motor, I was pleasantly surprised at just how quiet it is when in use.This vibrating plate exercise machine comes with 5 preset 10-minute programs (all of which vary in intensity and are described fully in the manual). You can also choose to set your own pace and time limit using the LED touchpad or the remote. The manual also details a myriad of exercises you can do with the machine, including photos of each. The resistance bands also provide a very comfortable grip.The device is also equipped with an internal USB speaker & bluetooth if you would like to listen to music (controlled by remote) while you work out. I like distracting myself with tv, so I didn't try out that feature myself. Note: there are no specific instructions in the manual to connect your music device.Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.
