Came as shown and work great. It’s does leave a smell from the ozone, however, it says to ventilate after use anyway. It’s super light to carry around, has a remote control, and can fit anywhere you can fit a desk lamp. To be honest, I think it’s a great investment for how much it costs, especially if you’re battling bed bugs. It’s not “a fix” for the bed bug situation, but it does make their numbers drop dramatically. Thank you for this light!!!

I read all the review and decided to give it an honest unbiased try. We have bed bugs and I am getting desperate. Plus we live in a temporary home while we build so we haven't bought screens or AC. We had four teenagers and we had lots of dust and bugs come in so I am always spraying swatting and cleaning. I used it in a bedroom and immediately saw a bed bug . I did like the clean smell but it didn't kill the bugs out in the open. I used it in the bathroom. I saw a spider and decided he would be left for a scientific test. After an hour I had to kill the spider myself, we still had gnats, a ladybug in the floor and ants on the window sill. I don't know about mold and mildew but I can buy bleach, a fly swatter and an air freshener for a lot less.

Fast secure delivery. Used in two rooms with with no extension cord.Product stoped working when used extension cord. Used different extension cord (new one, shorter one, not so heavy duty), worked fine. I continued with cleaning house with product. What a difference it made in the air, smells cleaner. Make sure to open windows to vent after use for at least ten minutes.I do wish product came with instructions (troubleshooting, cleaning, how often to use, etc.), it only tells you set up, and how to use it, even if you go to website (that I found).This is great product, works, and heard from other people that have it, they are sold on it.In my opinion, I would definitely recommend it for everyone as it has made a difference in my home....Also, I found that swissklip (maker of product), has procedures to follow for help. Email them, or go to website on chat room. They usually get back to you in 24-48 hrs (sometimes earlier), but they do get back quickly, answer your questions and give you result right away. So don't get frustrated if you do have to go to their website and contact them.Just be patient because they will help you out.

Competitively priced, prompt shipping, easy to assemble. Replacement bulbs available. There are 4 timer settings. Be aware that this is "instant on", no delay to vacate or avert your eyes. It produces more ozone odor than some other brands so allow adequate ventilation time. Lamp looks good quality & works!

Bought this product recently, as my children have had a terrible cough and I am trying anything to clean the house of viruses and bacteria. I read the instructions and used the UV as instructed. What I can say confidently is, the light does turn on and the timer does work. When finished, like other reviews state, there is a distinct odor in the room. I opened the windows and ventilated the room for 30 minutes and that help. And, as stated in other reviews, the product is poorly constructed of low grade plastic, BUT, it does work as described despite the poor quality. What I can't say with confidence is, does the product really work. There is no way to effectively measure this question, unless I had an air quality test done before and after using the product. It is not like I can clean up dead bacteria after using the product to show that the UV light is indeed working effectively. So, you are just left to hope that the product works as described by SwissClip. Secondly, you do have to ventilate the room after using the product, which in and of itself helps clean a room by letting in "fresh air". Also, where I live, it was around 15 degrees on the days I used the product, so the room was a fridgerator after ventilating. If you have to ventilate the room after using the product, might as well save the money and use simple cleaners and then ventilate the room, saves money and you know the room is clean. In addition, how harmful is the "odor" that comes from the product. So, while the product worked as described (Turned on and off, UV light, odor), you have no baseline to judge whether it is truly killing harmful bacteria or not. You just hope that it is. Hope this helped, purchase if you like, but just be aware that you have no idea if it is effective, harmful, or just a plain gimmick.

It’s awesome!! My neighbor had bed bugs that he treated with the chemical bombs yet they kept coming back. One night later I got eaten up. Immediately ordered this little guy. I just set it to an hour once I was leaving for work. 1 time in the bedroom with everything as is. 2nd time stripped my bed and washed and dried my bedding, including my mattress protector. Did it 2 days in a row in my den too. Only ever found 2 dead bed bugs. For reference my whole apartment is 550 sq ft. Just closed off the bedroom (11x14) for those 2 rounds. I did put my few plants in the bathroom when I did the den. It did smell odd but I just cracked the windows and it dissipated quickly. Nothing major.
