Seam came apart mid transport
Imagine picking up your grandma and hearing the stitching come apart. I'm so glad she was still right on top of the toilet and didn't fully come apart.Now I need to return the whole thing since they won't give you an option to replace one seat and frankly I'm traumatized by what could have been and don't trust it. I can't give more feedback since this is the first time we try it. We're women and had really high hopes this would work.My gma is about 110 lb 95 year old.
