Simple and Perfect for small businesses or hobbies
This is perfect for what I needed. There are 4 pages for each event. The first page has fields for the event information. It's just the basic info. Which is fine because anything more detailed I keep in a spreadsheet. During an event it only took a second to quickly jot these notes, so I didn't need anything extra to fill out.The rest of the 1st page, and the next 2 pages are for tracking sales. I only need the 1st page right now because I've only done 1/2 day shows, but it's nice to know I have plenty of room as my business grows.I really like the time column too. Because I can see how many sales I do per hour.And I even got to use the preorder column to mark an order someone placed for a personalized item they will pick up later!!The last page has a summary box for quick glance at my total sales and few other things to track. Again, I keep the more detailed reports in an excel sheet, but I love having this quick glance and easy to grab book on hand to keep with me at events or on the go so I can compare when I don't have my PC near by.It has, like just enough specific details to be helpful, but not so much that there is wasted space on the pages with details I don't want to track. It said Simple in the title and I think it definitely hit that dead on, in a good way!!
