Love the large size of this carrier and that it has a tunnel. I haven't used the litter box yet but I can see how that could be very useful when travelling.

I used this just yesterday to take the cat to the vet, and it worked wonderfully. And that's what I think is best about this... it is very versatile. You can use this as a fun cat tunnel for when you're on the road and the cats are stressed. You can use it at home as just a cat tunnel. Or you can use it as a simple cat carrier.Ultimately, that's the best thing about thsi--you can create a mini home for you cats as you travel.Build quality seems great, with solid stitches and thick canvas type material.

For our cats, I think the extra features (the pop-out sections) will be unused and simply add weight to the design.However - for our ferrets - I think the side tunnel will be greatly appreciated.

My daughter's cat is her world. Whenever we take the kitty to the vet we carry him in a small little pink carrier which he actually likes but she saw a carrier like this on Amazon and begged me to try it. So we ordered one. This particular kit would work just fine with a cat or two or a small breed dog. I'm thinking Pomeranian size maybe a little bigger but collie and above would probably be too big. Anyhow once you get them in you can unzip a tunnel to give them some room to run and play and the other side unzips to give them even more room. It also comes with what I'm assuming is a portable litter box or a lunch box but you will not be able to use it for both so just keep that in mind. It's a good size, it's very well made, and once we put it on the ground and open up the side compartments the cat hop right in and has been playing in it ever since

It was roomier than I expected it to be and it comes completely collapsed, making for much easier storage. I had a very long trip with my cat and having the litter box was amazing.
