It's a great laptop, it's fast, it's smooth, and the graphics are good. The cooling system is perfect, I played a lot of simulation games, that game always made my last laptop super hot, this one feels like nothing!! Great battery life too!! The size is perfect, bigger than my old one and I love it!! It's absolutely easy to use and navigate, it's the perfect game and works great - this one will be even better!! Don't hesitate! !

I was excited to replace my old computer with this one, as it checked off everything on my list. When it arrived, I was impressed by how well it was packaged.Upon first setup, everything seemed fine. I left it charging overnight, expecting a smooth experience the next day. However, when I played a video in the morning, I found the volume to be excessively loud. It took me quite a while to figure out that I had to use the Fn key in combination with the volume buttons for them to work. The sound quality was also underwhelming—especially for a gaming laptop.A short time later, I noticed the battery was already draining, so I charged it back up to 100%. Once I started using it again, just browsing social media and shopping sites, the battery began dropping at a rate of 1% per minute—far from what I expected from a brand-new device.After chatting with Amazon, I decided to return it. I had this computer in my possession for less than two days before realizing it wasn’t worth keeping. Disappointing experience overall.

This laptop is amazing, turned on perfectly right out of the box,shipped super fast, was so ready to set up.I'm so excited to give out to my daughter on her birthday. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking foia having laptop that is affordable.
