The value & quality is exactly what I was looking for. I paid for a membership at a gym, to lose weight, and it's 3 months later and I haven't stepped foot inside. I'm a little bit of a homebody, and decided to buy something that I could use while watching TV. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, and for under $30 this was the right choice for convenience, value & quality. I was concerned about keeping my balance on it, because I'm 68 years old. For me, the resistance bands helped with that, along with having a chair back in front of me, but I haven't needed it.

I really like this stair stepper! I wanted to be able to add in a little more movement on the days I don’t get my steps in, and this stair stepper hits the spot! It’s sturdy and high quality without being too bulky or heavy. I love the option of adding the resistance bands as well. It’s a great stair stepper and would highly recommend!!!

Just as other reviewers have said: nothing to assemble. Ready to use. There are plenty of suggestions and videos to keep you going. I’m just going to start 5 min. Alternate with 2 min. Use it every day. Check your foot placement and use a countertop to place your hands for balance.

It comes assembled, so it can be used straight out of the box. It can be height adjusted. It has an LCD screen with time and steps display. The resistance bands are great! Great way to fuel your mornings with this at home stair stepper!

I honestly felt my inner thighs and bottom tightening after minimal use, maybe 3 or 4 times. I have already recommended this item to 4 of my friends.

This is a good little stepper. You will be sweating after a workout. Something to remember is that the machine records one step only after both legs have moved.
