Superior texture
I have used this rice flour for decades. It has the best texture, flavor, and versatility of rice flours. It is a finer milled than all other brands. And the texture is far superior to all others.

Good quality and value
This Thai rice flour from 52USA is good quality. Works great in bread baking where I like to use it during the proofing stage to prevent sticking. It's also a good way to reduce gluten by substituting in some rice flour. The pricing at $0.31 per ounce makes it a good value too. The one downside is that it's packaged in a thin plastic bag that is not resealable. You'll have to put this into a different container for storage. Also be careful when opening the shipping envelope. Fortunately I knew what it was and cut open the envelope carefully to avoid also cutting open the package of rice flour.
