So far so good and works great with bias fx
So far this is working great takes a little time to set you and get everything how you like but it’s a nice size and seems sturdy. It works well with bias fx and like how easy it is to pair with that software. Also works great with a looper app I’m using as well. Helps to have the screen so you can which presets you are assigning

Great bit of kit but Harley Benton MP100 rebrand is £35 cheaper...
Very well built and ideal for preset, plug and go users. Note that is DOES NOT provide voltage via the 5 pin MIDI plug so if you're thinking about plugging a bluetooth adaptor in like me (such as Yamaha BT01) you are out of luck! Works fine with a PUC+ though. As a hard wire alternative to IK Bluerig it's a winner. Display is clear and easy to read. It's a sturdy neat thing. Bearing in mind however, the Harley Benton MP100 is exactly the same as this unit (bar badging) if you want one save yourself £35The Custom ModesThe two custom modes are useful but quirky due to the firmware operation. I wanted to flip the patch selection and control buttons so patch selection was top and stomp switches bottom (less likely to have accidental patch change that way). It is possible but the manual really doesn't help you - in case anyone wants to do it you MUST set bank move to X8 before setting up the PCs and CCs - then the very last thing to do is set bank move back to X4. This works with slight quirk that you can only select patch numbers from 4 upwards (0-3 will be unavailable). Also be aware the CC values are preset to 64, but the Exp pedal is fully CC assignable (no calibration or range but sure your software can deal with that kind of stuff).

Works great but not easy to set up
I ordered this unit on spec as it seemed as good addition to my HX Stomp. Firstly, as it arrived, it was not very useful with any of the preset configs and Custom banks were quite restricted in what they could do. Oddly I can't find an editor to set up my own banks! It seems others have been asking for this for ages with no response from the manufacturer! I searched the Meloaudio web site and found an upgrade specifically for the HX Stomp. Having downloaded it and run into allsorts of problems with the awful instructions I discovered that, to get windows 10 to work with it I needed to search for a driver (not mentioned on the Meloaudio webside or documentation), download it, Delete the existing item in Device manager and start the process again. This worked fine but I could find no mention anywhere that I would need to do this. In fact the manufacturers web site specifically stated that I would need no driver for windows. Once I had managed the upgrade it became a more useful bit of kit. However the expression pedals which I had wouldn't work with it until I rewired them and the buttons are still not ideal. I was going to return it but I'll see how it goes for a few days and hope that an editor becomes available in the near future. It could be a killer MIDI controller if only there was better documentation, some support and an editor!

Like the behringer one, only better
Took me 10 minutes to set up and have it working in ableton, it doesn't mention this but can charge rechargeable batteries and will AUTOMATICALLY STOP CHARGING when the batteries are full which is awesome. It's very small, built like a tank, and relatively easy to use.One issue though is the instructions are in broken English, you'll need to either try and figure out what they mean or go online and find a tutorial, but it doesn't lose a star for me as that process wasn't much a hassle

Feel conned - Do not buy
The media could not be loaded. I used this pedal not even daily for a month and one of the switches has broken, 1 day after the return window. Didn't even use shoes to use it, just pressed them lightly with my socks on. Absolutely gutted.I was enjoying the pedal and found it great fun to use. I would ignore the negative reviews from people saying it doesn't work. The pedal works almost instantly if you actually decide to just read the manual and follow the instructions. However I didn't even use shoes and its broken after barely a month of non-daily usage. I didn't even get a chance to gig with it due to COVID. Unless i have just happened to get unlucky and get the one bad one there is no way this is going to survive more than a couple of days of gigging or pressing with a shoe.10/10 functionality however 0/10 build qualityI paid £125 for a pedal which breaks 31 days after purchase.Do not make the same mistake i made. It is great fun to use but the feeling of having it break after a month and being £125 out of pocket is not worth it.Do not buy.EDIT: Meloaudio were kind enough to have sent a replacement unit. Will update review in 3 months to update info on build quality.UPDATE: Replacement unit failing once more after one month. It's a fantastic pedal when it works, however that is unfortunately not often. Buttons failing to trigger or triggering twice has become common. Don't know if I'm just getting unlucky with the ones they are sending me, however i have been sent two of these, and both have become unusable in a month of light usage.

Great for PC but rubbish for mac
This works well on my MacBook with Amplitube 4. But it does not work at all with Logic Pro X on Mac.It is much fiddlier to use that it appears from YouTube videos. When it works it is really useful and the expression pedal is fantastic. If you use a PC it would be amazing but it is clearly not made for a Mac. There is a new firmware update that solves some problems for PCs but not available for Mac. I hope that they sort this out soon.I sent a video of the problem to their engineers but they have not responded. It is now several weeks since I wrote to the company - no reply and so I have reduced to two stars. Amazon kindly took it back now and I have ordered a Nectar Pacer instead.
