I bought this back in November, finally figured out to open it, take the card out of cover. charged and it works, but not for free internet. I have tried several times to use and not working. Plus it shows on site 4G 5G. I only received a 4G. I agree with the others here.......SCAM

This is a scam. You need a SIM Card. Router does not work thru satellite.

I contacted Viota support could’t help meI was on the chat for almost an hourNothing they subjected worksI pay 6 month subscription and I can not figure out how to get my money back. DOT NOt BUY it , it doesn’t work at all.
