Great little PC for the price!
Pleased with this little thing.... Awesome for the price... does exactly what it is capable of... Cant ask for much more in this price range. Love it!

So far so good
I'm beside myself on this. I had a tower, core i7 etc, and had to replace. This is as good or better. I can't tell any difference. Service not so good. Called, both options are a single same persons cell phone and never received a call back. Solved my problem myself eventually. Just waiting to see if it lasts. I would recommend itUpdate 1/21/24- Called service again and was pleasantly surprised to get right through, got help, as well as assurance on the easy warranty if needed. I'm happy with this purchase and would do it again

Crashes a lot
I got this product a little over 4 months. The specs looked amazing for the size of the computer. The main issue with this is the desktop crashes A LOT at random times. I tested different settings and it would crash randomly even if the only app opened was chrome with one tab for youtube. I got this PC mainly to use to play calming music for my dogs from youtube and it is just not working as expected.
