A simple yet powerful framework on building and maintaining trusted relationships
The Thin Book of Trust is one of those books you will want to read multiple times. Each time I read it, I gain a deeper understanding of how the four trust components play a key role in the development of trusted relationships. The Third Edition comes with a Discussion Guide and a Trust at Work Field Guide which provides key questions and exercises that enable the reader to explore new ideas for improving trust in teams, organizations and in our personal relationships. I have used this trust model in both organizations and as an executive coach and highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to improve, establish or maintain a trusted relationship

Helpful Framework for Making a Difference
I was very excited to add the 3rd edition to my well-worn 2nd edition of The Thin Book of Trust. It has been a companion for several years as I have led groups and worked in teams of all sizes. The four distinctions of trust are clear, concise building blocks for conversations and analyzing situations to build, rebuild, or maintain trust. The examples in the book are relatable and get sparks to starting conversations around the topic. Whether you read the book in an afternoon or use it for regular professional development, this book is an important work to keep in one's toolkit.

Resolving a personal betrayal of trust
I have been a fan of Charles Feltman’s Thin Book of Trust from the first edition having used the distinctions in my own coaching and training projects for years. My intention with my re-read of his 3rd edition was a personal desire for insights to resolve a difficult situation of betrayal-- where it was me who betrayed trust. As I read, I was able to find just the right tone for my apology to rebuild trust with a good friend. Whew! THANK you Charles!
