This plush pillow provides support and reduces neck strain while I’m at work. It just slides onto the back of my chair and keeps my neck in alignment while sitting at my desk. The memory foam is cushy and the case is made of breathable fabric that feels cooling against my skin. It’s also removable so keeping it clean is a breeze. Overall, it’s an easy and affordable way to add more comfort to my work set up.

The back of my chair is 20 inches wide and one inch thick. There is an elastic strap on this thing to wrap around a chair that keeps it in place but i feel my chair may be a bit too much for it as is.. I purchased this because i like that feature. The issue is that there is no sturdy fabric to hold the strap in the center so it stretches the pillow to the point where it not only looks funny but it will likely rip if you leave it like that on a chair this wide. To fix this, I just cut a nylon strap off an old duffel bag and sewed it between to bridge the strap to itself so it no longer stretches the pillow. Besides that little easily remedied design flaw, this thing is excellent.

Item doesn't fit on a serta desk chair and just reminds me of a soft pillow. It doesn't look like the picture either. Still debating on returning it or not

So let me say this, this COULD work for you, if you have a specific type of chair AND you don't expect this to be a more rigid type of solution for bridging that gap between the back of your head and the top of your chair. I had, unfortunately, anticipated this not being essentially a soft pillow, and more so, an insert that actually offered support. This is incredibly soft, which is a good or bad thing depending on what you were looking for. Again, I was wanting something a lil more rigid. The other issue I mentioned is the actual type of chair you are using it with. I sit in front of a computer all day at work so I specifically wanted to use this with my chair at my desk. My chair does not fit the design of the chairs in the item's photos and therefore doesn't work. I get it, the photos. However, an additional photo showing chairs it wouldn't work with or having a disclaimer somewhere that stated its not a universal fit would have helped me out a bit. I DO, however, like using it as a pillow to lay my head ON when I want to get a quick cat nap in at my desk on breaks. very comfy for THAT reason

It won't fit any sort of chair with a thick back. Also, the lack of any other colors makes it limited to a gray chair or someone that doesn't care how it looks.

I ordered this neck support pillow for my work from home office chair, and it fits well on the top edge but doesn't come up high enough to support my neck. I suppose I should have paid more attention to the measurements in relation to how far it would come up from the back of my chair. If your chair is like mine and the top edge of it only goes up to your shoulders, this pillow won't be tall enough to support much of your neck and head. Right now it's mainly supporting the top of my spine where it meets my shoulder blades, which is better than nothing and more support than I was getting before in that area.
