VERY LOUD and a great choice for locating items that rarely leave your household!
[ITEM]: Midlocater Remote Control Finder, Pack of 4 Find My Keys Device Stick on Remote Finder Beeper, Tracker Tags for Car Keys and Phones | 135Ft Range 85dB RF Key Locator, Lost Key Finders That Make Noise[BATTERIES]: 4 CR2032 batteries required. (included)[CONTROL METHOD]: Remote[RANGE]: 80-131 FT[DECIBEL]: 70-85 dB[TECHNOLOGY]: Wireless, RF Frequency[ASIN]: B0DJ51PBF2⏰🔔⏰🔔⏰🔔[TIL]: VERY LOUD and a great choice for locating items that rarely leave your household!⏰🔔⏰🔔⏰🔔[USE CASES & FUNCTIONALITY]: Ironically, I bought these trackers to keep tabs on my Roku Pro Voice remotes, which have a notorious habit of disappearing. The voice-command to locate the first remote never worked, and the replacement remote they sent me works maybe 20% of the time. So, when I saw these key finder tags on sale, I scooped them up.[BATTERY DETAILS]: The Midlocater comes with two AAA batteries for the remote and four CR2032 button batteries for the tags. Though I prefer USB-C rechargeable tech, I’m happy that they at least utilize batteries I always have on hand.[ACCESSORIES & ATTACHMENT OPTIONS]: The package includes little rings for keychains and sticky pads to adhere to remotes. I can’t speak to the durability of the sticky pad tape, but it looks kind of cheap. If you choose that method of adhering the tags, be prepared that you might need to replace the adhesive tape in the future (or use a stronger adhesive to begin with).[STAND & REMOTE STORAGE]: The remote stand is a bit flimsy. It stands upright fine but can be easily knocked over in high-traffic areas. I forewent the stand altogether, added a heavy-duty magnet to the back, and attached it to the metal bar on the stand near my bed. My intention is to keep it there because the tags are only useful if you can keep track of the remote.[LOUDNESS & PERFORMANCE]: I’m so in love with how LOUD the alert is! It’s much louder than the built-in Roku remote locator (when it does decide to work). So far, I’ve been able to leave the remote where it’s secured since the signal covers my entire room. However, I’m not really sure how far the signal covers because the tag you ring only alerts twice when you hit the corresponding button. So, for now, I will have to take the remote with me to hunt around the house if I’ve walked the remote out of my bedroom.[FINAL THOUGHTS]: For the price, I'm quite happy with this purchase. It seems like most (budget) trackers are made for iOS and we’re a household of Android users. So, going old school (battery) for items that rarely leave the property ended up being a good choice for us. If you often misplace your remotes, keys, or headphones like me, this item-locator is worth considering.

Where has this been?
My daughter thought this would help me keep track of my key and more importantly, my phone!!! I loose both of these ALL the time in my house and they get lost in my purse. Even though the attachment feels cheap, they work. She made an attachment that goes into the charging port on my phone and obviously you use your key ring for keys. I like that the attachment is NOT heavy. Good range and the is loud. It's like playing an adult Easter egg hunt at least once a day. Could be used for TV remotes also using velcro to attach!

replaced an older one
I lose my dog's collar and remote every day. I got this to help me locate them. Thank goodness I have it. I push a button, the beeper starts to go off and I can find the remote without having to ransack the house. Could I put it where it belongs? Of course. But, I don't and that's why I have this!

No losing my keys now
I am forever losing my keys in the house. Not sure why it is only my keys but the tracker does not help because it does not give me an exact location. Thank goodness for this key finder! It’s loud and easy to use. Press the remote button and BAM! Keys found from anywhere in the house. Battery seems long lasting but time will tell.If you lose your keys as much as I do, you need this is your life!

Works
Great sound quality, functions as described, time saving, not bulky, great price. The reason for the low star count is all electronics nowadays should be rechargeable and feel there's no reason why it shouldn't be. Once they make this rechargeable, I will update to 5 stars.

Works great! , Sometimes Simple is Best.
This item would make a great gift for anyone who misplaces keys. The unit comes in a small box and is very easy to set up and get started, truly the only change I would make would be to remove the batteries from the packs they are shipped in, they were difficult to remove from the package, it took longer to remove them to install in the key chains than it did to get the whole thing set up and ready to go, they are shipped in a hard plastic encased package, you know the kind you hate. once you have them out, it took a while. Pop open the key chains, install the battery, and snap it back together. Then you have to install 2 AAA batteries,(not included) in the remote and you are ready to go. It works well and should last a long time. It also comes with a remote stand if you want to use it. Just press the corresponding number of the key chain you want to find on the remote and a nice loud alarm sounds for a few seconds, if you don't locate your keys, press the button again to sound the alarm again. It works for 4 key chains. This unit is a keeper.
