The controller arrived with dead battery. At first we didn't realize. So I put it for charging overnight. Still didn't work wirelessly the next morning. Finally, decided to attach a powerbank to it. Then it worked fine wirelessly.Thought I just have to call Amazon to get it replaced. That's when I noticed that the replacement is via Service Center.I live in Bangalore. A 1.5km auto ride costs 50+ here. I don't even know where the service center is. But I won't be surprised if it costs around 200 odd. Now a service center visit is usually never a resolution the first time itself. So guessing 200 to go, 200 to come back, and then again 200 to go collect and 200 to come back. Didnt make sense to spend 800 on a controller that costs 1400.To me, as a layman, this looks like unnecessary complication. Like, a deliberate reason to make sure the manufacturer/seller doesn't have to worry about selling sub-standard things and having to replace them.Buying from online marketplace is primarily so we need not go to a physical shop, navigate traffic, and spend time and money. If after buying online we need to do exactly that, what good is the online shopping experience?In the end, I decided to keep the controller and mark it as write-off. Basically price I paid to learn that reading return/replacement policy is critical. Can't count on Amazon. I ordered a GameSir controller. Costed 3x as much but the replacement said "7 day replacement" and not "7 day service center replacement". That's good enough reason (along with the fact that it's a known brand unlike this Chinese knockoff lacking basic quality control stuff)

Even though this controller is reasonably priced,it feels like a premium product. The material feels durable, and the design is sleek. The buttons and triggers have a satisfying click, and the grip is firm. It's definitely built to last.

Be careful before buying. Next to impossible to connect seamlessly on android or pc. Failed to play steam games on pc as well as android games even after installing other 3 party gamepad apps.

Keeps disconnecting and when you ask Amazon to replace in replacement period, they just provide you supplier phone number. WOW..

Nice product you should definitely go for it and it dosent have analog triggers for pressure sensation.
