Helped during winter months
I have SAD in the winter months here in the Northeast and this has helped quite a lot.

Bright daytime light like the sun
Purchased for a 5 head lamp to bring sunshine effect and love the results. Acts like. SAD lamp on cloudy days while I work from home. Good quality, silent and none broken. Vibrant color.

I'd pass on these
These bulbs made my face turn beet red even if I sat for 2 minutes! Very odd reaction. Tried another brand and it stopped.

Seasonal depression prevention
I got these because I was working graveyard in December and knew I wouldn't see the sun. The first time I turned on the bulbs it was like a jolt of happiness coming to me from the bright light. I got 3 bulbs initially and went back and bought more so my whole house is infused with the full spectrum light.

Like being outside!
I got this to help with my mother’s circadian rhythm, so I won’t know it it truly will help her for 30 days.The upside is that I had some seeds in a pot and they sprouted and are standing tall!

The bulbs are very bright and do not get hot.
I like the brightness of the bulbs. There is a clear shield at the bottom of each bulb. You cannot screw-in the light, until the shield is removed.

Lasted barely a month!
I live where in the Pacific Northwest and bought these to help with the winter blues. I put two of them in the bathroom to perk me up in the morning and one on my desk for my 5am zoom meetings. Almost a month after I put them in, the desk one went out and now one of the bathroom bulbs is out. I expected them to last longer than that. I purchased these at the end of September. Two of the bulbs burned out before Halloween. Let’s see how long the 3rd one lasts.
