Love this tense unit. I got this one for my son and had never used one. I tried his and we both loved it so I bought one for myself. Use it all the time for sore muscles, stiff neck, back pain and arthritics knees.

Simply works, best one for the money, have used others, but the small size I use in my pocket on the golf course, and I am a physician and there is no basis to the manual saying limit treatment for 20 min a day, I use for 5 or more 20 min sessions, if it had a way to set for 1 hour I would use that.

It didnt work right out of the box. We charged it to 100% and none of the numbers would change on the display. total JUNK

ONE little thing would get this the two extra stars. It has NO memory. Sometimes you need to adjust the pads to get them in the right spot and you dont want to do that when they are firing. You cant pause this one so your only option really is to pull the cable from the unit to move them. Once you do it resets as if you just turned it on...so a pause button would solve that...OR if it would just hold its last setting on power off. The dial to adjust power is not great, it sucks in fact. You have to turn it pretty much a full rotation to get it to make the next incremental move and since you have to do this EVERY time you make any change or power the unit on its annoying.Cycle through the modes to find one you like? Resets to zero power each time. MEMORY would make this an awesome little unit for the price.
