My whole family loves it as originally bought for myself to help add another level of relaxation to my baths which is certainly does, but my kids also enjoy having 'bubble' bath times now too. The great thing is that I can easily transfer from one bath to another as it attaches securely via suctions cups meaning I don't have to have it permanently installed. This also makes it easy for storage when not in use, although I have been leaving it in the bathtub currently. The air unit is very easy to operate where it is two on/off switches - one for bubbles, one for heat. I really like that you have the option to heat the bubbles as although this won't change/increase the bath water temp it stops it from cooling down too quickly if you only use just air bubbles as we've found with other machines in the past. It also comes with a useful remote control so you can adjust whilst in the bath without having to get out etc. Its non-slip so I am confident its safe to use and it does make some noise as you'd expect as its an air pump but its not so loud that you can't sit back and relax.

Got this for my sister as a birthday gift. For one I would like to point out that she opened it, and it says it comes with a remote; didn’t have one (we were searching for all the parts along the way of unboxing it). We’re like okay cool just have to contact them about that later, no problem. I helped her proceed to set it up and The second we started unpacking it, the smell of burnt plastic took our breath away. We carried on, did the suctioning as said; didn’t stick well, another disappointment. Filled up the tub any way to see if it functioned and it does do what it says and shows. Now my sister has a lot of back problems so this was supposed to be therapeutic and when she laid down she said it was like laying on individual lined up bricks. She continued to proceed anyway to give it the benefit of the doubt and tried the heating function; she almost burned her back and had to turn that off and get out immediately. She came out of the tub with more back pain than she went in with and I’m not happy because this was a birthday gift for her that had great reviews and for the price i paid for it I expected better. In the process of returning and getting a refund. Don’t recommend!

This things works wonders on my girlfriend's back and legs. She has scoliosis and this really helps relax her muscles. Whereas it is a little loud it isn't unbearable. You can have a conversation with someone. It sounds like a small jet powering up and down but the sound is hardly louder than the noise from the bubbles. Which come out with great power and when she throws some bubble bath in she is engulfed in bubbles in moments. Which she loves. She looks forward to using this everyday when she gets home from work. Since purchasing this she hasn't had to use her inversion table once. So I would definitely recommend it to anyone that just wants to relax and get a nice bubbly massage.

Felt very awesome the bubbles were like a massage, only thing was is the mat kept coming unstuck due to my textured bathtub bottom which most are. But even still was a nice experience and wouldrecommend. But on a skinnier person I was told it hurts their spine a bit the air pushing out so quickly in certain spots.

a bit of a hastle to find place to hang to dry and store. also, not very comfortable to sit on. not sure what thecap on top of mat is for. thought maybe you're suppose to fill inside with water to make more comfortable. it does make a lot of noise but has good water circulation.
