Love the versatility
First thing I have to say is there are a lot of negative reviews about the base. I thank the base is well made and easy to assemble. The base snaps in and you run the chord through. Just read the instructions. It locks in and you align some arrows. This is the quietest space heater and fan I have. I’ve had the unit on H5 for just under an hour and the heat output is good enough that it has raised the temperature 4 degrees. I have noticed in the past that a lot of space heaters have a strange smell for a little while when you open it out the box. This has no strange smell. The size is very tall but with how powerful the fan is it doesn’t bother me. I love the smell extended 30 month warranty just scan the QR code and register it. I would say that makes it a good value for the money. My biggest concern was the safety features. One of my other ones doesn’t have the tip protection feature and this does. I also really like that the plug is patented with an overheat protection. It also has an overheat protection and the material is flame resistant. The output on fan mode 12 is powerful. I love that when you take it off heat mode the heating element moves out of the way. Only thing I wish is that the fan was more powerful when it is in heat mode. Still puts off good heat. Would recommend.

Very efficient through this winter. I'll buy another.
Works great! Kept a 12x14 unheated room comfortably warm this winter. Can't wait to see how the fan does in the summer. Sturdy, with a nice remote. I love the 0-120° swing options.

Works well
We have it positioned at a middle point nexus to two ends of the house and it does a nice job warming up the area. Very quiet. Didn’t come with instructions, so we are winging it but it’s pretty intuitive to use.

Easy to assemble
It heats very well but does not blast the hot air into the room, so you have to be patient with its build up. My room did heat up very nicely. It is so very quiet!! When in heat mode, the brightest part of the display automatically turns off when the lights go out. I just wish the display could be turned off manually. 4.8/5Cool air is strong and does blast out, which will be helpful for hot days.

HOT air coming out would be nice...
A behemoth of a space heater, it looks great, the remote works well, and it produces little noise. Also produces VERY LITTLE HEAT! Other space heaters I own pump heat like mad, not this one, this heater is permanently stuck in low. Low heat and low fan speed are the norm here. Guess that's why the unit is so quiet. Expected a better product considering the two Dreo portable AC units I own are insanely good. Buy their AC units and forget the space heaters, uh, I mean warmers.

Works incredibly well and warms you right up!
We have a two story townhome that doesn't have multi-level heating and air conditioning. Having installed an ECOBEE smart thermostat, we had exhausted all ideas of creating heat that was balanced upstairs and downstairs. So.... We bought the Dreo Heater Fan Electric Heater. What we had to do was create heat downstairs as to balance out the house and trick the Ecobee into thinking that we had heat downstairs. In that I also need to say, all the heat was rising upstairs into all the bedrooms and it was thus cold downstairs. Not terrible, but enough to be uncomfortable. Even after shutting all the vents it wasn't enough. This Dreo has worked fantastically right out of the box. Now it is toasty downstairs and our smart thermostat isn't trying to heat the downstairs and in turn over heating the upstairs. This heater has been a game changer for sure and works incredibly well. Within 10 minutes all of our remote sensors were registering even downstairs heat. The thermostat in-turn stopped running so hard to heat up the downstairs . And now our electric bill will be noticeably less expensive. This is a win win for us.I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. It was perfect for us.

Great fan, decent heater
This was an almost perfect fan and heater for me.I usually have a separate fan and heater. I also already have an existing fan/heater tower (Lasko) but wanted to find a different brand. The fan was easy to build by myself. Controls were easy to understand after reading the manual. Remote is fine. The unit is quiet. It looks modern, and it looks almost like the Dreo Pilox Max S that I have. When the room is dark, the bright display turns off and only the small icons are showing, which are not bright once you close your eyes (in my opinion). It takes time to get used to switching from the heat to fan (there is a programmed delay for some reason, similar to a portable Dreo heater that I have).Con:- Fan oscillates but it think it's a bit quirky like the Pilot Max S fan. It's a little glitchy and the angle you chose might not have registered. If you change the angle again it fixes it. Not a deal breaker inconvenience but still kind of a bummer.- Not sure if this bothers anyone else but the heat feels a bit on the cooler side, as of it's using the fan to blow the heat. Even on the max heat setting (H5). If anyone has the Lasko fan and heater hybrid tower, it's like the "heat fan" setting. I'm used to the kind of heater that really toasts you up. I have a Dreo portable mini heater and that thing gets very toasty. I wish his heater did that, too. Unless you sit real close to this unit, you might find the heater a bit weak.Wishlist:- Offers a heater setting that radiates pure heat, not combining heat and fan.- Displaying current temperature on the screen in eco mode- App feature to make it "smart"For some reason this hybrid fan isn't really advertised on their storefront. I found this by chance when I was looking for a hybrid fan/heater. Not sure of this an experimental product or of it's brand new, but it has potential.
