I bought 2 of these as I thought the 1st was defective but after 2 defects I'm calling it dangerous.1st one worked... Kinda. The heat was inconsistent and the controller was hot... Like if I held it for about 30 seconds or less I'd get a burn2nd one only worked on 1 side but the controller was even hotter than the 1st one.I'm not going to try again with this brand/style. If rather be safe than risk a fire for a sauna.

The sauna blanket works very well, and comes with 10 reusable fire blankets used for extra sweat. There is a timer with various settings so you can do short or long sessions, and the temperature goes from 113° to 176°. I will caution, if you turn the heat to the last two heat settings, be sure to wear cotton (not polyester or rayon) or any material that isn’t made with plastic, because it will feel very hot to the skin - uncomfortably so. As long as you wear the right clothing or wrap yourself in a blanket, this sauna blanket does the job. It feels like it’s high quality for the price and comes with a carrying bag. It’s also easy to unzip and clean with a yoga mat spray when cooled down. I’m 5’3 and the size is much longer than I am so I can imagine it would work for a taller person as well.

She’s really into maintaining her health and this seemed like a perfect addition to her wellness routine.The blanket is super lightweight and portable, making it easy for her to handle on her own. I received the first one a couple months ago and returned it because the remote stopped working after using it a couple times. So I got a replacement one just in case this one was a fluk. Got my replacement one and used it only 3 times and the remote started doing the same thing like my first one, then stopped working, UGGH!! So frustrating!! DON'T BUY THIS!!

Product comes vacuum sealed in a decent sized box. It's a bit heavy. It does come with a storage bag, which is very handy. Instructions and power cord are included.Some other reviews said that it got too hot, and I didn't find that at all. Even at the lowest setting, it was barely warm.The overall design of the product doesn't make much sense. The power cord and the control come from the bottom of the blanket, which actually makes it really difficult to find an appropriate outlet, and makes it difficult to access the control when you're wrapped up in it.Maybe it's just because I'm unfamiliar with this type of product, but I don't know how anyone can zip this up without help. I could not get it to zip all the way up around my neck, and I could not get it to zip properly around my arms. I also had very little arm movement through the armholes, contrary to what the photos show. I felt like it didn't fit me properly as well. The front of the blanket was bunching up really bad which allowed a lot of air to get in through the armholes. I am short, at 5'3", but I'm not an abnormal size, where an average sauna blanket shouldn't fit me properly.I got this hoping for some relief with some health conditions and chronic pain that I have, so only time will tell if this gets easier to use and actually does what it's supposed to do.
