I have a lot of back issues. In January, I was hospitalized due to a very painful bulging lumbar disc. I spent 6 weeks in physical therapy amd I cant do cardio or any impact workouts that will hurt my back. I wanted to do pikates but iys very expensive and I wanted something a bit simpler. I happened to look up pilates equipment on Amazon, and this item popped up. The price point seemed fair. Sure, its not super cheap but its also way cheaper than the $160 a month membership! Its a very simple concept with resistance ropes that help for upper body and arms and tracks where tou can slide up and down on the mat. Most of the resistance is with your body, much like pikates and yoga. You're not going to become a pikates expert with this, but it will give you a decent workout and offers a few different movements. It also comes with a kneeling pad and a booklet with exercise suggestions. For someone like me, who needs to strengthen my back but in a gentler way, this is great. It also folds and tucks away when youre done

I use this daily. I originally had seen it on TikTok, however was hesitant to buy from their shop. Its easy to put together. Everything works well. I can do all of the same workouts that the videos show. I can definitely feel the tension and the burn while using it. It makes working out a little more fun and desirable for someone who just does not enjoy working out. I was afraid it was going to be loud, but its pretty okay. I do wish the knee pad was a bit larger and thicker. It also came with the batteries for the timer which was nice.

I love this board and there are so many exercises you can do with it. I watch videos on YouTube and Instagram to get ideas. The bands stay put if you turn the dial to lock them in. The board doesn't slip around if you just put it on a yoga mat. You can hold onto a sturdy chair while doing the long leg stretches. It's up to you how hard you want to make your work out but you will feel it in your core all of the time. Great for flexibility and strength. I used to be stiff but not anymore. I believe all this stretching is great for your fascia. I feel so much younger since I started using it!! I highly recommend it. It's a great price, easy to store and fun!! Just get it!

It slides around during use, and one paddle keeps getting stuck. It’s a great workout but this is very cheaply made and low quality. I would pay more for better quality.

This board gives you the workout you're looking for. Highly recommend as it's easy to put away when you're not using it and there are so many different workouts you can do within a small space. I love it!

The arm bands fall out very easily from board. There is no way to properly secure them that I have found. Also like other reviews: no instruction manual.Everything else seems self explanatory and works. But i can't use the bands to exercise arms. That's a bummer.

LOVE! Super fun way to work out from home. This product works well and was easy to assemble. It seems to be good quality that will last!
