Supper competitive robot for the price!
I have nearly 80% hardwood and 20% title. So far this robot vaccum/mop has been great. Im impressed on the amount of technology this little thing has pack in it. This is my first robot vaccum so i cant compare it anything. The lidar has been great, it mapped the house (2,000 sqft) pretty quickly. It is best you pick up around the house.Vaccuming so far has been great. It does leave some pet hair sometimes but the was medaited with increased vaccums.Mopping is good, havent had big spills yet but so far its been great. The app is great besides one thing, i wish you where able to import a map from one device to another. The app works best on a tablet, if you dont you may find it hard to adjust some things. The station is easy to maintain. I like the fact it uses a vaccum bag. The cleaning solution works good but we are looking for a more affordable alternative. On a 600sqft run, it used around 30% battery with mop/vac option. This was on a custom cleaning run, 1 vaccum run on standard and 1 mop run on standard. The setting was It charged from 30% to 100% in about 4 hours.Overall at the $500-$600 price point, its a steal. The recommended msrp of $800 is still competitive but is going up against other contenders at that braket.Ill leave a update in 6 months to let others know what i like anf dont like.

It cleans the floor with accuracy and efficiency!
So far so good. We started with the first Lidar vacuum robot the Neato XV-20 about 15 years ago. Then upgraded to another dumb Neato that worked pretty good and the last one the D8 which was good for awhile but then had issues going over a small threshold. Then I did some research and found the Eufy C20 a couple of weeks ago but it could not vacuum carpet without bouncing and support suggested to not vacuum carpet. A little more research and I found the Mova highly rated on Vacuum Wars. The price was only a little more than the Eufy and it had many more features. The first thing I did was to try out on carpet, and no bouncing. It actually does a better job than the Eufy in every aspect. I like the obstacle avoidance although I do pick up before a vacuum run but it is not necessary. It has Lidar to map the room, also has a structured light sensor, camera and LED light to detect obstacles, you want a combination of Obstacle tech to detect objects better. It mops very well and the extending brush and mop are very nice. It was easy to setup, no issues. Remember all robot vacuums will use 2.4Ghz as it has a longer range so be prepared. I suggest setting up on a guest network that isolates form your normal network. I like the built in camera so you can see what the robot sees. It can be scheduled, manually controlled and it is pretty much self sufficient. Keep the clean water filled and empty the dirty water and you are good. It is a very cool piece of tech that I enjoy. The battery lasts forever, the noise is very quiet unless on the highest settings. Everything controlled by the app. Also I verified through customer service before purchasing that it does have a 3 year warranty int he US. They seem to want to provide good customer service. Mova is a sub brand of the Dreame Vacuum company. This is an almost identical vacuum to one of the Dreame high end vacuums that is currently selling for much more. You won't be disappointed with this machine. It actually cleans your floors and won't bump into things while doing it. Look up the reviews online to feel better about the purchase. You also have 30 days to try out with Amazon's return policy. This is a great Robot vacuum!

1 month and no broken wheel. This thing is a game changer.
I have had old roombas and sharks with old tech. We are talking first gen Roomba and Sharks first robot that had an app old. Tech had come such a long way and I was overwhelmed with choices. This vac came up on sale and I was worried about trying a brand that's so new (I had never even heard of Dreame either), and the comparable roborock was $500 more. The front wheel "issue" scared me (although who knows the actual percentage of units affected), but with a solid extended warranty I bit the bullet. My GOD am I glad I did. I had no idea how much I had been missing! We have 2 dogs and a cat, and live more rural. That means dirty paws folks, and a lot of them. The mopping and vacuuming has been no short of amazeballs. Not amazing. Amazeballs. The app is intuitive except for not being able to rotate area rugs to fit the map better. It has made my life SO much easier. Object detection is pretty good, although it won't recognize cords on the ground all the time. Still it's far better than I'm used to so no complaints from me. The included floor cleaner smells nice, but it's very very mild so don't expect your floors to smell super fresh. You do see some swirl marks from the scrubbers so if that bugs you then getting a vac with a roller may be your only option.Vacuuming is pretty quiet and I don't even find myself turning up the TV volume when running it. On max suction on rugs the noise is noticeably louder, but it doesn't even affect my pets and less noisy than a plug in vac. The one thing that is loud is the auto empty, but it's less noisy than my old shark was. The mop cleaning function has a whirring/pump noise to it, and when it sucks up the water it's about as loud as the suction noise you get when emptying a bath tub. I haven't had to clean the station yet as it's done a good job keeping itself clean, and the mop pads haven't smelled at all after drying either.Still with no hiccups yet, and an unbroken wheel even though it bumps and jumps over hardwood room dividers, I am over the moon. It's such a great robot and worth it at MSRP. Way more worth it if you can catch it on sale.
