Love the taste. It helps me stay full longer and when I add it to my regular Coffee it tastes like I’m having an expensive mocha from some of the well known coffee shops.

Update.. The company surprised me when they reached out to me and gave me a full refund, I did not contact them . So that was VERY a nice of them, I was really shocked. Didn’t even think if returning it or seeking refund since I opened it.So I thank them for that!Here’s what happened and my review,I mixed with milk and iced coffee. I used half a scoop. It has very very dark chocolate, almost bitter, taste. Had to add sweetener, Hard to dissolve with just spoon stirring it in, kind like cocoa powder the way it just floated on the surface. Guess it needs a blender. I have IBS so maybe that’s why it gave me bad reaction. Had some bms first day, second day had full blown attack, stomach cramps, nausea, the runs, complete emptying. in the bathroom for about 2 hours straight. Sorry to be graphic but if you have IBS use less than a half scoop. Use caution, or don’t use..

This did absolutely nothing for me. Did not help with appetite or cravings. The taste was okay, but nothing great or special.It’s just magnesium and calcium. Save yourself a lot of money and buy a jar of vitamins … magnesium and calcium.Extremely over priced and not worth it at all.It was a HUGE disappointment!

This works for me, but I'm also watching my calorie intake and on a Keto diet. Unfortunately timing your fast becomes a big player when it comes to being in ketosis, at least for me it did. With this product, I'm in ketosis within a couple hours of consuming it. I wish they didn't put out the crazy advertising saying you could eat anything, and still be in ketosis. I never believed that, but I needed help getting in, and staying in ketosis, and this does that.

With the hype this product get's about how you need to be warned about how fast the weight is just going to melt off you I can tell you after 4 months taking this product every morning it's 100% BS they even go as far as to tell you to go ahead eat all your favorite foods and don't worry because you will piss the fat away well it's B.S. and once again I was swindled out of 69.95 X 4 because I fell for the BS story.

Did exactly what's supposed to do. I fast for 16 hrs everyday. Eat what I want soon as I get home. Product put me in ketosis within a couple hours! Incredible. I'll suffer the taste for such a result, which isn't that bad. Slam it with ice cold water. Highly recommend for Keto! A must have
