Perfect squash balls for hand strengthening.
I received the squash balls today to use for strengthening my grip whilst walking and they are a perfect size with enough squeeze in the blue dot size for me to use daily as a tennis ball is too large for my female adult hands.Thoroughly happy with my non-squash playing purchase and very reasonably priced.Many thanks from a happy customer.

Red spot squash ball
A red spot squash ball is designed specially to bounce faster than a double or single yellow spot squash ball to make the game easier especially in colder conditions (like wintertime) the ball is also slightly bigger.THESE features are to specifically help non professional players..there is no shame for an average club player using a red spot in the winter! To be a little technical is about a players ability to get heat into the ball. I've played squash for approx. 30 years.
