Could’ve been a 5 star
Great quality. But there was a section that was pre manufactured incorrectly with a short screw which stripped the threading and fell apart. It wasn’t possible to replace the screw without cutting into leather. Which is fine. This happens. But the 1 star comes from the return process. Dragging their feet. Accusing me of installing it wrong, etc. Amazon luckily saw what was going on and refunded my money. I’m sure if yours arrives with no defects you’ll be very happy with your chair. It’s really nice actually
