I've taken most workout supplements. I've even done the ultimate supplements from the great Universal Animal line.Olympian Labs-A-AKG is one of only three supplements that does not cause me harm. It does not set off my kidneys and it does not set off my liver like several supplements do to people. I've never had any adverse side affects with this. This is one of the supplements that I never have to worry about kidding off of in a week or month.Also, my reps increase and when I want to break past plateaus then I'm definitly on this supplement. Note, this works the most effective when I haven't eaten for at least two hours and then I wait an hour.

Olympian Labs AKG Powder is a great product that I have used for quite some time. It is an L-Arganine precursor and actually more effective than straight L.Arganine. The price was great, product arrived on time in excellent condition and I will be purchasing more of it through Amazon

Don't know effectiveness!
Don't know of any results that I experienced while taking product. Comes in powder so it is not easy to take.

Like the title says, gives me a great pump, and I feel like it also gives me the ability to push a few more reps than usual due to the dilated blood vessels allowing more flow to the muscles.
