Works as advertised. We removed the internet explorer and our 10 year old uses with spotify kids. He really enjoys it. I recommend a case because if with a screen protector, the screen stretches almost over the corners and is super easy to break.

Pixilated, slow. My daughter loves it though. Its her source of music.I do wish I had done my research and gotten a better one though. This is pretty pricey for the quality it actually produces.

It quit working after a 3 months. Just gets stuck on the screen when you first turn it on. Even when it worked it was really slow to load things. It’s junk.

Happy with the ease of use and convenience of the functions for my 11 year old

Like the parental controls. Seems to work well. Waiting for the 8 year old to start using it.

Update: buyer beware. The Q8 80gb does not come with the extra applications I mentioned below. Only the 16gb has them. Customer service replied to my review.In addition, the basic ear buds (TOZO A1 Bluetooth wireless ear buds) i bought to connect via Bluetooth does not work. It took forever just to even come up and then refused to connect to the device after. The ear buds did not have an issue connecting to other devices. So just be aware the Bluetooth headphones could be incompatible. I have not tried connecting different ear buds to the device. Despite these issues the recipient of the gift did not want to go through the trouble of a return. They decided to keep the device.Previous review:Does not come with Pandora, libby, audiobooks.com, and several other apps that it advertised it came with. Does not allow you to download the missing apps. Tried to contact customer service and they have not responded. Very disappointed the images and description lies about what the device comes with. It is a gift for Christmas, and I'm expecting the person receiving it will also be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. - Responds to touch as fast as my Samsung smartphone- Has radio!- Easy to use- Comes in a giftable box- decent sound quality- cute and small- very sturdy & heavy ish feeling in palmI only needed an Mp3 for a kid and this exceeded my expectations. All the features are almost overwhelming. Definitely worth the 50 bucks.

We tried all the troubleshooting steps to get it to connect to the computer and it was impossible. Even a simple MP3 player like a ScanDisk is easier to manage than the clunky operating system this is built with. Big waste of time and money. We're spending $30 more to just get a refurbished iPod Touch....
