90% Molasses, 10% Raisin
Compared to what I would consider 'normal Molasses' this is runnier and doesn't have that much aroma. It's not super sweet but the taste is everything I would expect from Molasses, with just a hint of raisins. If you've eaten oatmeal raisin cookies- you know how the cookie has a hint of raisin flavor even without eating the raisins directly? That's the sort of flavor this imparts. It's even better than I expected. I would say this could easily be used in any recipe that calls for Molasses, and might even be better if you like the taste of raisins as I do.The container I received got dented in shipping, but didn't leak at all.

Tastes amazing!
This is a 650 gram bottle of grape molasses, from Abdurrahman Tatlici. It arrived fresh and factory sealed. I've had pomegranate molasses plenty of times, but had not had grape molasses before. It is amazing! It's thick and sweet and has a wonderful depth of flavor, but still retains a bit of grape flavor (I thought it might be totally raisin-y and it's not). I like pomegranate molasses, but I like this better, it's so good. It's especially good drizzled over cheese, or can be used in some dishes instead of balsamic vinegar or pom molasses.

Earthy and Sweet
Our family's first taste of Uzum Pekmezi/Grape Molasses and the reviews are mixed. The younger crowd wanted more flavor while the olders found this molasses to be naturally sweet and the perfect compliment to strongly brewed coffee.Looking forward to exploring other uses, hopefully baked goods or other sweet treats. This product is definitely a thinner consistency than the 'American version' of the dark brown, thick and pungent molasses our granny's used.Recommend!

Super versatile sweetener
I really like this stuff as an alternative to table sugar. I’ve used it in a number of recipes including banana bread and I have been using it to sweeten my coffee, Honestly I’m impressed. It doesn’t taste like grapes but it does have a slight raisin flavor if that makes sense (I know raisins are grapes). It mix as well and I love how versatile the stuff is, a little goes a long way

Truly tastes like molasses
I thought that this might be more like a grape juice concentrate, but it truly tastes like a molasses. The flavor is great and quite sweet. I taste a hint of grape, but this could just be psychosomatic. The consistency is as I expect of a molasses.

Rich and silky texture is right
This is rich and silky and sweet but not overly sweetI am having some in my coffee right now and it didn't add much sweetness but it tastes goodI'll have to see what kind of baked goods it can be used in and try some outThere must be different types of molasses since the old saying "slow as molasses in Winter" wouldn't mean much when talking about this since it's pretty runny right out of the refrigeratorI can recommend thisThere are no cons

Good stuff
I’ve never had grape molasses before & it’s been a pleasant treat for me. I’ve been adding it as a sweetener in my morning smoothies & it’s been working out great. The sweetness is definitely noticeable, but mild & not really “grapey”.Even though the main label is entirely in the Turkish language, I appreciate that they were thoughtful enough to include an additional label in English on the side of the container. It features the nutrition facts, expiration date of Aug 26, 2026 (almost 2 years out) & other pertinent info. This is a real nice sweetener that I can definitely recommend.

Rich Molasses Flavor
Rich molasses flavor, although flows better than regular molasses. It reminds me a bit of piloncillo, with the earthy sugary taste. Very smooth.Only one ingredient, although I can't taste the grape. Easy to pour or mix in beverages. Great molasses, and addition to the pantry.
