Easy to use but the recipe calls for ingredients I couldn't find att walmart

I have my grandma's recipe for shortbread cookies and I make them every year at Christmas. I have always used a cookie press to make all sorts of shapes and sizes, so I am not new to their use. What is new to me is this trigger design. My press had an end that twisted downward in the tube of dough to drive it through the disc at the other end. It was sort of herky jerky and the results could be uneven if you didn't go super slowly and carefully. The Univivo press is such a great improvement. With the trigger operation the expulsion of dough is easy and smooth and even. And quick. It also allows the "gun" to use piping tubes for decoration with frosting and such. As stated, it comes with 8 nozzles and 13 discs, and that's just a whole cookie factory in a box.

Good capacity. Included additional nozzles are good. Easy to use. But not very easy to clean.
