I can’t rave about this ear wax cleaner enough! The fact that it’s waterproof makes it so easy to use in the shower without worrying about making a mess. The three modes are easy to cycle through depending on how much buildup there is, but the medium mode is good for me. I’ll definitely be using this from now since it’s comfortable and feels a lot safer than q-tips. Ultimately, it’s durable and effective for a nice cleanse at a reasonable price!

UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered a full refund for this device. I am impressed they would do that and want to give due credit to them for good customer service. The machine works as it should, it just makes too irritating a sound in my ear, so I find I’m not inclined to use it. Others may not be bothered by that at all. So I appreciate the company’s response. Now I can search for one that works better for me.This little machine has good points: It is easy to use and very effective in cleaning the ears. Rechargeable feature is a plus. It is way better than using the bulb process.The down sides almost out rule it: Reservoir is tiny, has to be filled 2-3 times to do one ear. The process of the catcher is just silly; I hold it over the sink to drain, or use it in the shower. The noise is loud, not too bad at first, but when it runs low on water, the noise grows suddenly piercing and quite unpleasant. and you have to go through this uncomfortable process (stopping, refilling, starting again, back to the unpleasant end) 2-3 times on each ear. I have already found I am more often not choosing to use it when I think about the unpleasant assault on my ears. That kind of makes it not worth the money.

I ordered this in late May, less than two months ago. It worked fine, but stopped working a week ago. It appears fully charged, but won’t turn on. Pressing the button to set the power level just powers it off. I’ve contacted the seller and had no reply.
