I think it is a very good product! My family is allI think it is a very good product! My family like it very much, there is hot water at any time, and choose different temperatures, I think the water speed is OK and the temperature is enough! Great product, I would recommend!

I am very happy with this purchase. it supplies hot water on demand. different temps available. I set to 212 degrees for boiled water. i tested temperature and it was around 200 degrees coming out of the unit; ok, tbh, i was using a meat thermometer (LOL) and had difficulty holding the needle end in the steady flow of hot water coming out of the unit. i think this unit will be a time saver. i no longer have to wait about 8 minutes for my electric kettle to boil a large pot of water which i then store in a thermos to keep it hot. the unit has a small footprint. i like the see through water tank. the unit is light in weight (empty water tank). there was no funny odors as the water was dispensing and the hot water tasted fine, no funny odor or taste in the water. the unit runs quiet too. it has a small light that lights so you can see your cup, light goes off when the unit turns off. i plan to boil my filtered water in electric kettle, pour hot water into a glass container to cool and then pour the cool water into the tank. this way i know my water is filtered and has been boiled so when i want a cup of tea or coffee, i don't have to re-boil the water to 212 degrees. I can use lower heat settings available on the unit. Note: the unit doesn't dispense exactly 8 or 16 ounces so either have an extra cup on the side for overflow. however, i found if i press the water oz buttons again, it will stop dispensing the water. that works! it probably isn't supposed to do that so i wouldn't pound or press down hard on these buttons, just use a gentle touch and use a glass measuring cup if you need exact amount of water for your mix. I think I will save on electricity costs since it is hot water on-demand instead of on standby with units powered on to keep the water in its tank at a certain temperature. i am VERY satisfied and so thrilled with my purchase. I got units for family and am seriously thinking do i want to get one for my office use! I like the price for this unit too. it is priced very reasonably - no price sticker shock. I hope unit lasts. we will see and I will update review. right now it is 5 stars!update: it works GREAT!!! Yup and i bought my FOURTH unit for my office use! Love it! Hot water on demand. love the handle on the water tank...so easy to clean and refill and to carry from office kitchen to my desk. my own personal hot water dispenser! SO thrilled.

The media could not be loaded. Super convenient Instant hot water machine. We like this machines looks, the operation of the smooth easy clean buttons, and how much water it holds. The only thing that’s not great is when you select 212 degrees it pops a lot when dispensing.. All other temps work great. Overall we do like it and would buy it again.

The real deal killer is that the water tastes strongly of plastic. I'm unwilling to drink that. Also, I measured the temperature in the water stream as it left the machine, not in the cup. The 212° setting yields water at 197° and the 200° setting was about 187°. The flow rate is less than I would like but acceptable (47 seconds for an 8-ounce cup at "212°" (<200° actual)).

This heater is not too big and is suitable for the office or living room. The water bucket can be easily filled with water. You can choose the heating temperature and the amount of water. The heating speed is very fast. Overall, it is good. It would be more perfect if the lid of the water bucket could be improved.

The media could not be loaded. If you’re an advent tea drinker, I advise You to get this hot water dispenser. Very functional, looks great, has the safety lock feature, and gets hot water to you fast. I was Tired of turning on the stove and boiling a pot of water every time I wanted Tea or water for my instant coffee and this dispenser saved the day. You do have to allow water to run through to eliminate the smell and taste of plastic, which is stated in the instructions. Once done, you are good to go.
