I have been using this since November '24. This flat iron is the best flat iron I've ever had. I love the temperature adjust-ability. Because some days my hair needs more heat than others; for example if I am simply touching up, extra high heat is not necessary. In the past I've had flat irons that have had low, med and high options. But with this one I can specify the actual temperature desired. It heats up fast and is ready to go. It packs and travels well. With other flat irons I have experienced a ton of hair pulls, but not with this one. And due to the positioning of the plates I can get the unit up close to my scalp without burning myself. I would totally buy this again!

I haven’t been able to find a curling iron that checks all the boxes for me until this one! Titanium and ceramic and ionizing all in one! It heats up faster than any one I’ve ever had. I love the color! In the past if an iron didn’t have a lock to keep it closed I wouldn’t buy it but I was willing to make an exception because of all the other boxes that were checked. But when it came in I was so excited to see that it indeed does have a lock. The only thing even remotely negative about this iron would be that you have to choke up on it a bit and squeeze a little harder to get the 2 blades to completely meet but it’s minor and they have these 2 silicone spots on them to keep your fingers from getting too hot. Now, I’ve only had it a few days so I’m not sure how it holds up but so far I’m in love! lolIf you’re on the fence about this, get off and buy it you won’t be disappointed!

I almost didn’t give this five stars because the switch that is supposed to lock the flat iron closed was broken right out of the box. That feature is one reason I purchased this particular model. However, the heatproof glove that is included convinced me that this is worth five stars. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve burned myself on my old flat iron. The glove is a welcome addition—and it is designed for both left and right handed folks. So far, I’m very happy with this purchase. Update: Actually, the locking switch does work. I just didn’t know how to operate it!

Okay, I come from the early 2000s where CHI was the only and best flat iron, but costed an arm and a leg, so when mine crapped out and I found this, I didn't have high expectations... but its really great! Works just as well as my CHI for a literal fraction of the price I paid. While my CHI lasted about 10+ years, I wouldn't mind if this one died at around 3 years as some mentioned. It super affordable.

So I ordered this hair straightener on Prime Day based on reviews and since my existing one seems to not be working as well. The price was right and reviews were great. What I got was a USED product with fingerprints shoved in a box, missing clips, wrong glove and a bag that didn't even belong to the product. What the heck?!? I initiated a return but I really wanted the product. I was sent the REAL product the next day. The box was shrink wrapped and came with what other reviews/pics show- a glove and 2 black clips. It does not have a travel bag but no biggie. It is digital, heats up super quick and works better than my old one. I can't give 5 stars because I still have to drag myself to Whole Foods to return a used product that I did not order. Ain't nobody got time for that! But I have posted what I got each time so that you know the difference!

Purchased this strengthener TWICE! I originally purchased this straightener for myself. I was so happy with it, that I purchased another one for my daughter. It heats up instantly and let's you know when it's reached your desired temperature with a small beep. Although the temperature goes up to 450 degrees, I've only had to use it up to 390 and it works great on my below-shoulder length hair. It has an auto shut-off after a period of time of no usage. I purchased the black and rose gold one both times - and we're very happy with both!

I've looked for a flat iron with titanium plates without salon prices. I've found it. I can give myself a silk blowout and I look d*mn good. This and some heat protectant has my hair looking amazing. I only have to go over my strands once, rather than the 2-3 times I was doing before, to get the exact result I want. Then I found out it can curl my hair too. Listen, I thought because it was wider that the curls wouldn't look right, I was wrong. Gorgeous, adjustable, easy to use, fast to heat. Won't be buying any other iron unless it's this one and I need to replace the one I have

Great straightening iron! I have thin fine hair so i need to be able to control the heat setting which is easy to do. The iron beeps when the setting is reached. The plates are smooth so my hair glides easily through - I can straighten and use it for beachy curls. The appliance feels like my name brabd iron in my hands- I'll assume it is going to last a long time. I also appreciate the longer cord which reached from the outlet across my bathroom to the vanity mirror.
