The chair is broken

The colour of the chairs are very unevenly spread. No uniform application. Other things are ok considering it's prices.I don't know why and how two half circle iron rods, which were stitched on packets were sent to us. Its of no use.

The chairs seems to be used and fully covered in dust and contains scartches. The pillows also are very dusty. Seems like the chairs and pillows were kept outside in open for many months before packing and delivering. Pillows were also not stiched properly

I have received the two tub chairs and the cushion items are changed and it’s not the one that I ordered it’s came different one with lower quality, I want it the which the one shows on picture with good quality cushions so please take this one and return the original cushions
