Just as pictured
The media could not be loaded. I love that my sofa bed came on time. Was easy to put together. The sofa is quite soft and nice. Installation was perfect. I love it. Got it for my guest room. I will definitely buy another one for my living space area. They are very convenient and doesnt take up much space.

Damaged item
I like that is was so easy to assemble but I dislike the material. I received it and it was ripped and wood chip falling out. Seems it won't last long. Disappointing

Cute, company has terrible customer satisfaction however
Original product I was sent with two right arms I called Amazon immediately and they sent out a replacement got here in 3 days. The company itself is piss poor with how they handled the product but Amazon took care of it all. I have 3 months to return the first box. Product itself is pretty and feels good. Get a mattress topper though to make it comfortable

Simple
Very easy to assemble! I did it by myself and it took a little while but it's easy! I would suggest a drill for the final steps that involve pieces P and Q but other than that....super easy and it's not the most comfy but it's still pretty awesome!

Arrived with no instructions.
Product arrived on time and in great condition, but with no assembly instructions. Only options are to wait for chat or get on a callback list. Rating with one star only because we can't use it yet.

Time will tell
Putting this together was fairly easy. Don't bother with the tools provided, you would be better served using a 14 mm deep-well socket. It is easy to pull out to use as a bed. The cushion is quite firm. For sleeping, I recommend adding a mattress topper. I would recommend this for smaller spaces. Time will tell how it holds up as I don't feel that it's very well-made.
